In collaboration with construction specialists Hickory and John Wardle Architects, Time & Place is developing a campus-style precinct in Sydney’s emerging office precinct, Alexandria. The 8,000sqm site is located 4km south of Sydney’s CBD, close to local rail links, surrounded by parklands, galleries, and numerous cafes and restaurants.
The Time & Place and John Wardle vision has created an experiential precinct informed by Alexandria’s industrial past. The office space will encourage a workplace community, with a touchless digitally enabled infrastructure, flexible working zones, a large street-level culinary experience, central courtyard and rooftop entertaining area.
Design-led social amenity offers the contemporary worker outdoor areas, mixed mode areas, traditional office spaces and connection to a thriving local community.
In our commitment to the site and its highly sought-after positioning, we are starting construction on the project ahead of the pre-leasing process. Alexandria will create a life experience that enhances the wellbeing and productivity of its occupants, stimulates the senses, promotes creativity and enhances human interaction.
