Tim Price Director

Tim has become an influential figure in the Australian property development sector. With a wealth of corporate property experience and insight across varying market sectors in multiple roles, Tim founded Time & Place in 2015. He recognised the opportunity to create a property business that can operate with the breadth of skills of a large scale developer and with the design flair and consideration of a boutique developer. A business that can identify, create and deliver distinctive property projects of multi-generational value.

With this passion, Tim has gathered a team of industry experts with comprehensive design skills to compliment his significant development experience.

Evan Papadopoulos Principal - Construction

Evan has a strong understanding of engineering and construction requirements and is vital in the success of Time & Place projects. He has high level project management skills with significant experience and achievement in managing a diverse range of projects together with extensive knowledge of contract and commercial principles across a range of procurement models including Design and Construct, Early Contractor Involvement and alliances.

Nick Paciocco Principal - Development

Nick is pivotal in the delivery of several mixed-use developments at Time & Place, covering high-density mixed-use and residential apartment buildings, commercial, retail, hotel and child care facilities. His core responsibilities at Time & Place include project acquisitions, establishing a holistic planning approach, sales and marketing planning, financial and procurement strategy. Nick has established a strength of knowledge of the commercial drivers associated with successful project outcomes.

Edward Pearse Development Manager

Edward is engaged in all aspects of the development process at Time & Place, from conception to implementation. His experience represents a rare mix of development principals, commercial planning and trained architecture, resulting in an imaginative vision with a strong track record for executing development projects. He has a strong understanding of the commercial drivers for successful project outcomes, including apartment planning, building design and procurement strategies, ensuring the delivered result is aligned with the ambitions of the project.
