Tim founded Time & Place to identify, create and deliver distinctive property projects of multi-generational value. Under his leadership, the business has participated in over $4.0B of developments with a pipeline of growth.
Chris has led significant growth for Time & Place, establishing a strong industrial portfolio together with shaping multiple mixed-use developments. With over 20 years' in the private, commercial and retail property sector, Chris identifies, creates and delivers commercial and industrial projects that offer connectivity, amenity, purpose and value.
Prior to joining Time & Place as Director, Chris lead the office & industrial development teams within multiple leading property groups and was responsible for the successful delivery of a wide range of commercial developments and redevelopments within the Melbourne CBD and fringe suburbs.
Well regarded among his industry peers, Chris’ strategic development advice, negotiation skills, collaboration and leadership has supported the swift growth and future longevity of the development business.
Since joining in 2016, Nick has contributed significantly to Time & Place’s evolution into a complete property development business.
His holistic development skills combined with sound leadership, and expert stakeholder management, has been at the forefront of the business’s growth. Nick has played a lead role in securing and delivering a diverse set of the group’s development projects. His responsibilities are end-to-end and include project acquisitions, establishing a holistic planning approach, sales and marketing planning, and financial and procurement strategy.
With eighteen years’ development management and delivery experience specialising in residential and office developments in Melbourne and Sydney, Nick has a deep knowledge of and appreciation for the commercial drivers required for successful project outcomes.
A core member of the Time & Place leadership team, Evan set up the Sydney office in 2015 and continues to lead the team. His knowledge and capabilities cover a diverse range of end-to-end property development skills, including site acquisition, contract negotiation, commercial management and procurement models, including design and construct early contractor involvement and alliances.
Evan’s prior experience leading teams and managing the design and construction phases of iconic projects, has enabled him to make his mark on notable projects such as Park One, Ace Hotel and Collins House.
Since joining Time & Place Evan has built on and applied his extensive engineering and project management experience across residential, commercial, retail, and civil infrastructure development, to oversee all our Sydney projects. He has been instrumental in establishing a culture of excellence and leading significant growth of the Sydney development business.
Edward is engaged in all aspects of the development process at Time & Place, from conception to completion. His experience covers a rare mix of development principles, commercial planning, and trained architecture, resulting in imaginative visions with a track record of delivering exemplary projects. Ed understands what drives a project’s success, such as strategic planning, building design and procurement strategies, and ensures the delivered result aligns with the project ambitions.
With 16 years’ experience as lead architect on projects in New York, Los Angeles and Australia, Ed has worked on over 12,000 dwellings and over 1.2 million sqm commercial and mixed use through design and construction. With a focusing on re-imagining and recreating urban lifestyles.
Luana is a General Counsel and Company Secretary with over 20 years’ experience in private practice and in-house positions, including firm King Wood Mallesons, funds manager QIC and developers Grocon and Caydon. Luana joined Time & Place in 2020 to establish the internal legal capability and is passionate about transforming legal from cost centre to collaborator, and trusted advisor, as well as working with external legal to transform the function in-house, through innovation.
In addition to being an experienced property development lawyer, Luana is also experienced in project funding, structuring, intellectual property, general corporate law and employment law. Luana has successfully completed the QIC Senior Leadership Program and the Australian Institute of Company Director’s Director course.
Claire is dedicated to ensuring Time & Place succeeds in enhancing, improving and delivering a connected and purpose-aligned employee experience. Building strong relationships and working partnerships at all levels of the business, she achieves high-quality outcomes that have helped the business grow and evolve.
With an extensive background in C-Suite executive assistant roles in the property industry, Claire combines her project management skills with people & culture experience to develop and implement support systems, processes and infrastructures to optimise operational efficiencies.
Prior to joining Time & Place, Claire worked for high-profile property groups building teams and developing high-performance cultures. Claire supports and engages the team to passionately redefine ways of working and living that connect to the core of what being an authentic community means.
Chris has over 20 years' of experience in Senior Finance & General Management roles in construction, property development, engineering & consulting. His passion for structuring and executing profitable transactions ensures that both upside and risk positions are balanced appropriately.
His previous experience in mergers & acquisitions and business turnarounds has also given Chris a deep understanding of key business drivers for success. Architecture and design are a personal passion and working with Time & Place gives Chris the chance to blend this with his commercial acumen.
Over the last 25 years Jacob has worked in both the public and private sectors as an internal and external marketing resource within residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality and mixed-use developments as well as large lifestyle community master plans. Jacob’s career as a property marketing professional concentrates on integrated planning, design, sales and marketing strategies, that drive the business objectives through strategic (big) thinking and measurable outcomes.
As the Director of Marketing at Time & Place, his role encompasses all sectors of the property industry helping deliver a project pipeline of over $4 billion in VIC and NSW.
Before Time & Place, Jacob worked in Melbourne for Salta, Spec Property and Oliver Hume, however started his career across the eastern, southern and central states of Australia with Mirvac and FKP.
James has 19 years' of experience in property development sales and marketing. Specialising in urban regeneration and mixed-use, master-planned developments, James has worked across the development timeline in most asset classes.
Always customer and future-community-focused, James’ passion for architecture strengthens his depth of understanding of how people aspire to live in the urban environment. Through authentic storytelling, he is able to communicate a meaningful narrative to his audience.
Before joining Time & Place, James has worked for both private and public development companies, most recently he was managing director of a property development consultancy offering sales and marketing services to large-scale placemaking projects.
Joining Time & Place in 2022 as Construction Manager, Brett made several significant enhancements to the contracting and negotiation processes.
Transitioning to the role of General Manager of Development, and now serving as Head of Residential, he is instrumental in refining and overseeing the development lifecycle from acquisition to completion. His leadership ensures that each stage of development is seamlessly executed.
With over 25 years in construction and development, Brett has held senior roles across various sectors in the real estate industry. His expertise includes Business Operations, Feasibility Studies, Development, and Construction. Known for strong leadership, Brett excels in team management and human resources, driving excellence in project outcomes.
