Tim Price, Director

Tim Price Director

For over 20 years Tim has been leading projects working across all facets of the Australian property development sector. With a wealth of property experience and insight across varying market sectors in multiple roles, Tim recognised the opportunity to establish a development business that can develop projects of large scale but with attention and focussed consideration of a boutique developer.

Tim founded the business with a mandate to identify, create and deliver distinctive property projects of multi-generational value.  Under his leadership, Time & Place has participated in over $3.0B of developments with a pipeline of growth.

Chris O'Keefe Director

Chris joined Time & Place in 2016 establishing the Commercial division of the business. Chris’ ability to identify, create and deliver commercial and industrial projects offering premium connectivity, amenity, purpose and value have been honed over 20 years of experience within the private commercial and retail property sector.

Prior to co-founding Time & Place Commercial, Chris lead the Office & Industrial development team at Dexus Property Group responsible for the successful delivery of a wide range of Commercial developments and redevelopments within the Melbourne CBD and fringe suburbs.

Chris’ strategic development advice, negotiation skills, collaboration, and leadership has supported the swift growth and future longevity of the commercial business and he is well regarded among peers within the property industry.

Evan Papadopoulos Principal - Construction

Evan is a core part of the leadership group at Time & Place with his major asset being his extensive engineering and project management experience. His knowledge and capabilities cover a diverse range of skills particularly for contract negotiation, commercial management and extensive knowledge of procurement models, including Design and Construct, Early Contractor Involvement and alliances. An integral member of the senior team, he leads on budget and cost management and adds value to programme and setting and exceeding quality targets. His experience expands across residential, commercial, retail and civil infrastructure development.

Evan has 15 years’ experience working as both an Engineer and Construction Manager on various projects throughout Australia. He received a Bachelor of Structural Engineering from RMIT University and worked for Lendlease for 8 years leading teams managing the design and construction phases of iconic projects.


Nick Paciocco Principal - Development

Nick is pivotal in the delivery of several mixed-use developments at Time & Place, including high-density mixed-use and residential apartment buildings, commercial, retail, hotel and child care facilities. His core responsibilities at Time & Place include project acquisitions, establishing a holistic planning approach, sales and marketing planning, financial and procurement strategy. Nick has a strong knowledge of the commercial drivers associated with successful project outcomes.


Edward Pearse Principal - Development

Edward is engaged in all aspects of the development process at Time & Place, from conception to implementation. His experience represents a rare mix of development principals, commercial planning and trained architecture, resulting in an imaginative vision with a track record delivering exemplary projects. He has cultivated a deep understanding of what drives a projects ultimate success, such as apartment planning, building design and procurement strategies and ensuring the delivered result is aligned with the ambitions of the project.
