Epping Logistics Estate is a 10-hectare industrial and business park in Epping, part of Melbourne’s booming Northern Suburbs. With the planning permit approved, construction is underway to deliver 45,000sqm of A-grade logistics sheds in partnership with Logos.
The project is in the northern industrial corridor, with direct access to the Hume freeway and is close to the Melbourne Market and Pacific Epping shopping centre. It also has a range of retail chain offerings close by such as Costco, Officeworks, Bunnings and the new Kaufland to be opened soon.
The proposal of infrastructure projects such as Citylink Tulla Widening, Northeast Link and Melbourne Airport Rail Link will enhance the connectivity of industrial precincts to the Epping Logistics Estate.
