By partnering with SJB, we have sought to create a unique design story that compliments the quirk and character of Manly. Borrowing from the local context, this development is expressive while being resourceful. It embraces a coastal informality while incorporating modern utility; and gives privacy and repose, while still being interactive within its village setting.
Rising from a central courtyard, each residence opens on two sides to allow for natural airflow and passive cooling. Embedded within the common areas are discreet features that support an effortless outdoor lifestyle.
Created for long-term locals and those who have coveted the close-knit community and coastal character of Manly, this project offers a higher quality of living for those that seek out quality and contemporary design.
