Victoria Place is a new generation of workplace. Prominently positioned on the corner of Victoria Parade and Lansdowne Streets in East Melbourne, it combines technology, sustainability and campus-style floor plates, within walking distance of the Melbourne CBD.
Designed by fjmt studio for Time & Place, the 25,000sqm collaborative workspace connects indoor and outdoor spaces through expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, giving uninterrupted views and allowing fresh air and natural light to permeate the building. Green planting continues the natural lines of the local parkland.
Victoria Place will have a strong focus on sustainability and smart building interfaces. The design encourages connections to the surrounding green space by providing additional open-air spaces for inhabitants to enjoy.
This will be an innovative urban building that rejects the alienating paradigm of cold metallic boxes for a more human, warm, curvilinear and organic form
World-class end of trip facilities, a sky terrace and ground floor retail and amenity support tenant needs, while neighbouring Collingwood, Fitzroy and the Melbourne CBD offer culture, creativity and connectivity.
